My son is obsessed with two things – Spiderman and the color green. 
He is a very strong-minded three year old, and I really believe in encouraging independance. In theory, I’m all for letting him pick out his own clothes. In real life, however, I just can’t do the Spiderman-shirt-every-day deal. Not only am I not a big fan of character-geared clothing, I’m sick of washing the same three shirts over and over again so he always has a fresh Spidey shirt on standby.
