Are you completely tired of listening to baby and kid music? As much as I like Elmo, I’ve heard him sing “Elmo you can drive my car” perhaps one too many times. So, when I heard about the new offering from the Baby Loves Music series, called Baby Loves Hip Hop, I was thrilled to add a new CD to our car rotation.
Baby Loves Hip Hop is the story of a group of young dinosaurs, called the Dino 5. Voiced by real hip-hop artists from such groups as Digable Planets, Jurassic 5, De La Soul, and the Roots, this music is truly authentic while remaining kid-appropriate. The story is also one of acceptance, and of not judging a book by its cover. Both of my kids enjoy listening to the songs and well as the narrated story that runs throughout.
