Are you looking for some fun suggestions for local US travel destinations? If you are like me, you probably have visited some of the standard places – Disney World, New York City, San Francisco, DC, Boston, and Seattle – but don’t know much about less commonly visited places. A new DVD, TripFLIX, seeks to help families choose a unique vacation destination, as well as help entertain kids.
TripFLIX runs about 120 minutes, and includes 25 featured locations all over the country, including Mount Rushmore, the Vermont Teddy Bear Company factory in Vermont, Plymouth Rock, and Sea World. Each destination is visited by the charismatic teen hosts, who interview locals and provide information about the location. Embedded within the location features are quizzes about states that are not featured, making the video even more fun.
TripFLIX is a great DVD to watch while driving to vacation, planning a vacation, or even just for entertainment. It’s available at Amazon.com.
