cannellini thumb Eating The Organic Dish Sometimes you come across a product that you just can’t stop talking about. You just have to tell everyone about it and you want them to run out right now and buy, order, or check it out. This is what The Organic Dish has done to me.

I received three meals to try with my family. It was exciting to have some new Asian-inspired meals that would be totally different from anything we can get in the city we live in. Each meal was contained in a box with bags or small containers inside with ingredients ready to be cooked. Meats are marinated, dipping sauces are ready to go, pasta is waiting to be boiled and so on and so forth. The meals are frozen and can be defrosted within 24 to 48 hours in your refrigerator. Once defrosted, we found the steps to be super simple and in all three options were sitting down and eating within 45 minutes. Our favorite was the red lentils with coconut sauce. YUM! Served over rice, the lentils were flavorful and we just couldn’t get enough.

Yum. Looks like a fantastic option for those busy nights when I’m looking in the cupboard and wondering, “What should I make for dinner?”
