I’m always looking for recipes. I love anything simple and easy that I can serve to guests or bring to our usual party potlucks. Sometimes, we just want an excuse to get together with friends and there isn’t much time to prepare an elaborate menu. It was wonderful to discover this new recipe from Heinz and Ocean Spray who teamed up to bring a super simple recipe to families for this holiday season. The Ultimate Party Meatballs only requires three ingredients, a minute or two to prepare, and twenty or so minutes to cook.
Ingredients:
- 1 16-ounce can Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
- 1 12-ounce bottle Heinz® Chili Sauce
- 1 2-pound bag frozen, pre-cooked, cocktail-size meatballs
Directions:
Combine sauces in a large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth. Add meatballs. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.
That’s it! Once you make them, you may just be pressured for the recipe from friends. You might not want to let it slip how easy they really are to prepare.
