Not all too long ago, I believed that in order for my house to be fully clean, it had to smell like strong cleaning products. But now that I have children, and have been paying more attention to the products I use, I’m more interested in “green” cleaners, and less about the scent. While there haven’t been too many effective yet reasonably priced alternatives, lately, some new products have been launched that are green and effective, yet at a great price!
Safeway has just launched a whole new line of products called “Bright Green”. “Bright Green” features some great products such as all purpose and bathroom cleaners, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent, energy efficient light bulbs, and paper products. The products we tried, the lavender scented laundry detergent and the all purpose cleaner, work great, and have fresh, pleasant scents. It’s nice to see store brands step it up with green alternatives for the whole family! Check out the whole line HERE.

All I have to say is GREEN is my THING !
Safeway isn’t the closest grocery store to me, but I try to make a special trip there at least every couple of weeks. It would be great to have the Safeway-branded reusable bag. I have a hodgepodge of bags from other places, but I feel kind of silly using them here.
