Unfortunately, I’m a bit of a fan of butter. I love toasted bread, english muffins, and bagels. I love nothing better than to slather on the butter for my breakfast. Of course, my body, my cholesterol level, and my doctor aren’t so crazy about my butter consumption and I have had to find other healthier options. One of my favorites is Shedd’s Spread Country Crock®. I enjoy the taste and the texture. Recently, a new addition has come to the Shedd’s Spread Country Crock® line of spreads. Shedd’s Country Crock with Calcium plus Vitamin D is a great way to make sure that moms, dads, and children are getting their necessary daily requirements of calcium and Vitamin D.
It’s not easy to make sure my son is getting the right amount of all the necessary foods. I can offer him a variety of foods and drinks but it doesn’t mean that he won’t stick to his favorites. Like me, he loves toasted bagels and always enj0ys loading them up with some kind of ‘dip,’ whether it’s butter or peanut butter. I love that I can now offer him Shedd’s Country Crock with Calcium plus Vitamin D instead of the usual and know that he’s getting 10% of the Daily Value for calcium and 20% for vitamin D.
