My little one gets into all messes. He doesn’t mind taking a bath, but that becomes a mess as well.

the worse mess was when my son pooped his diaper an it was cloth an had rubber pants on over it,an it was up his back, down his legs, everywhere, luckily it was summer an he was 10 months old so i hosed him down with the water hose, that was 35 yrs ago! our trick to get rooms cleaned is that you dont go anywhere until its done

I had a poop mess just this morning when my 1 year old took off her cloth diaper and came running naked to wake me up yelling “poop poop”! She stuck her hands in it and had poop on her belly and everywhere else. Luckily she loves her bath and went straight to the tub. Maybe that was a clever tactic to get a bath at 8 in the morning. She does a nice job of cleaning up her room. I only wish her 8 year old sister would be so keen on showering and room cleaning!

My granddaughter has discovered that mud pies don’t bake very well in the oven, even if you turn the knob around all the way….can’t leave her alone for a minute, let me tell ya. Its no hard getting her to clean up- she likes to pretend she’s a princess-cyrheart@gmail.com

Today alone, my little one was digging in the dirt and sliding through the damp grass, so he was quite the little mess. Then I had the nephew who dumped someone’s soda over his head! It was a very messy day here today.

To get my son to clean, we set a timer and see how much we can get done or we turn it to a game in a different way. Turning on music always makes it go faster too!

My Mr Messy loves to color all over himself with magic markers. He knows if I give him a bath, it will wash off so I have gotten to the point that I bribe him by telling him we have to take a bath and if he does, then I will draw a really big picture on his back with markers. I give him the bath and then dry him off and the pretend to draw a picture on his back with a marker or two or three but I never take the caps off so he doesn’t really have a picture on his back and he is happy and I am happy.

I read one of the poop ones and it just came to me the time my son had a reaction to some medicine and mount do do started erupting from the back of his diaper and at the same time tummy te te blew from the front while he was standing in his playpen. Well add wet slimey stuff to plastic and what happens? You slip. So he was covered all slipping and bubbling and WOW was that a mess. He got hosed of in the tub, the play pen hit the trash!

I’m a little confused about this one – do certain days involve one question or do we just choose randomly? My little one gets into all kinds of messes – as I’m cleaning up one – he’s making three more. He loves empyting his toy box – just for the fun of throwing things about the room. He’s two – almost three and I try to make a game of cleaning up. I make lotsov bubbles in the bath to entice him to stop playing and get in – where he plays some more!

Answer the question of the current day – you can come back all week and answer each question for 5 chances to win!

Until 11:59 ET tonight (Monday) you should answer the Mr. Messy question. Then, tomorrow, (Tuesday) you can come back and answer the next question.

My one year old toddler just loves to draw all over herself with marker. Usually they are washable but every once in a while she finds a permanent marker. We have to rub and rub and rub with soap to get her cleaned up. Poor girl! She loves her bath though and we have to spell the word B-A-T-H when she is around or she will strip and climb in straight away!

My son is my Little Mr. Sunshine. He’s always doing something silly just to make people laugh. He tells me he loves all the time. Usually we make a counting game out of it. He’ll say “I love you 55″, then I’ll say “I love you 56″ then he’ll shoot back another number and we keep going back and forth. He’s only 4, so the numbers aren’t always in order, but it’s still cute all the same.

The funniest thing a child has said to me recently was my nephew. He is 10 and was telling everyone how he didn’t like beer because he’d sipped it before and it was gross. He tone sounded like he thought this was a bad thing. I don’t drink, so I told him it was ok, I don’t like beer either. He thought about it for a second and said, “It’s ok, you’ll probably like it when you’re older”. Made me smile and laugh that he thought I was so young. :)
