I think it’s great! Sometimes I don’t feel like exercising because it seems to take a lot of effort and I never see immediate outward results. But then i remind myself that exercise also helps the brain chemicals to do their thing correctly, and I feel better afterwards. reminding myself of those immediate benefits helps motivate me, and this is along those lines.
