A new doll has joined my daughter’s two favorite friends (Madeline and her American Girl doll) – a My Natural Good Earth Fairy rag doll from miYim. The fairy, which my daughter has named Emily, is made from non-toxic all-natural cotton, and is free from harmful bleaches and chemicals. In addition, the light, muted colors are dyed using mineral and soy natural coloring.
The fairy arrived in a really adorable, totally reusable cardboard box, made from recycled materials. My daughter actually liked the box almost as much as the doll! Although my daughter doesn’t have the same sensitive skin that my son has, she does have some allergies, so I really like the idea of her sleeping with a doll made from gentle materials rather than anything that may irritate her skin or allergies.
