I wear foundation every day, but some days I’m just looking for a little coverage to brighten up my skin and even out of skin texture. I had the chance to try out a set of mineral powders from Sheer Cover – two mineral powders, a concealer, and a few brushes.
Since my skin does tend to get a little more tanned in the summer, I like having the darker color to blend with the lighter color, to get the perfect shade. In December, however, the light color is perfect. The powder is lightweight, yet buildable, so I’m able to add as much as I need to get the coverage that I want. A light coating is great for everyday, while I use a heavier coating for days where I am out of the house.
As much as I love the powder, I love the concealer even more! It comes in a small pot with two separate colors, and I use the light color under my eyes, and a blend of the two colors to cover blemishes. It’s creamy, but not heavy, and covers my blemishes and dark circles perfectly!
