Last month, I wrote a review of the Wen Cleansing Conditioner by celebrity stylist Chaz Dean. I loved the product so much that I wanted to review the whole system, which includes a texture balm, a styling cream, and a hair repair mask.
For someone with hair like mine, which is sort of wavy, but not quite curly or straight, the texture balm is almost essential in keeping those fly-aways at bay (especially in the winter when the static is in play). Even when I wear my hair in the ponytail, the texture balm is great for holding the ponytail in place. I did find that the texture balm can be a bit too greasy if I use too much, so I rub it on my palms, and then run those through my hair.
The hair repair mask is something I use every few weeks. It’s great for helping repair damage from my straightening iron and coloring products, and also feels refreshing since it’s got mint in it.
The final product – the styling cream, goes in my hair when it’s damp. It helps protect my hair from heat damage, and also keeps frizz at bay.
You can purchase the Wen program at their Web site.
Disclosure: I received a Wen Haircare system for review at no cost

I love my Wen hair care. I won’t be going back to regular hair care products again.
