Back in February, I reviewed the new Smoky Eyes Kit from CoverGirl. Since then, I had the chance to check out a few new products from CoverGirl.
CoverGirl Simply Ageless Corrector
The new CoverGirl Simply Ageless Corrector is blended with Olay Regenerist serum. It’s yellow toned to balance out and correct under-eye circles (which I unfortunately have), and the serum helps it go on smoothly. I always wear under-eye cream, but I still find that the serum helps prevent the corrector from settling into the dry under-eye area. The corrector really isn’t meant to be used as a concealer – it’s a little too yellow. But it’s great with concealer!
Cover Girl Simply Ageless Concealer
Like the corrector, the Simply Ageless Concealer is blended with Olay Regenerist. You could forgo eye cream, although I don’t because I really need as much help as I can get! There are lots of color options, and I like that the colors are more yellow-based than pink-based (makeup with pink undertones look awful and completely artificial on me). It too goes on very smooth and light.
CoverGirl LashBlast Fusion
I don’t wear mascara everyday, but when I do, I like it to be bold and flake-free. This CoverGirl mascara is reasonably priced, and works really well! This is one of my new favorites!
