Emeril’s New Cookbook: Farm to Fork

Even though I should be a fan of Emeril Lagasse’s (we were both born in Fall River, MA), I never really loved his food or his recipes.  But that has all changed with his latest cookbook, Farm to Fork.

Farm to Fork offers delicious, healthy recipes based on in-season, local ingredients.  Everything in the cookbook is flavorful, but relatively easy to prepare.  In other words, these recipes are all doable for me icon smile Emerils New Cookbook: Farm to Fork .  But best of all, each recipe focuses on locally available ingredients that are generally available seasonally.  So, for instance, if you happen to see some great eggplant at your local farmer’s market (but don’t know what to do with it), Farm to Fork will probably have the perfect recipe for you.  As I try to focus my family’s diet more on fresh, local ingredients, this is just the perfect cookbook to have.
