Although I used a curling iron on my teenage stick-straight hair (oh, how I wish for that hair now), I stopped using one sometime in high school. During my Suave party back in January, my stylist used one to give my hair some body and I really liked how it looked. So, I’ve been looking for just the right curling iron to work with my stubborn hair.
At the Getting Gorgeous party at BlogHer, Remington previewed their newest straight irons and curling irons, and sent attendees home with samples. I have really liked using the clipless curling iron, which is so easy to use. You just wrap your hair around the cone-shaped iron, and voila! Curls!
I couldn’t find the Remington iron online yet, but I did find a link to one by Conair – a similar shape, although I can’t speak to the performance. I believe the Remington version is coming out this fall – so keep an eye out for it.
