A while ago, we reviewed the braille initial mommy necklaces by Julie*ann.
Now, Julie*ann has created Bitty Braille, a company that sells the most adorable little handmade braille tees for your little ones! We received an olive colored lap tee with the word dude hand embroidered, and also spelled out in braille with little metal studs (Bitty Braille uses crystals instead of metal studs for girls).
The tee has a really cool look to it, which honestly has led to lots of questions and comments every time my son wears it. The olive color is actually a great color for a boy, and one I haven’t seen too often. It’s masculine and doesn’t really get too dirty! The quality is also excellent, but I would advise following their care instructions. The tee itself is very soft and the inside of both the braille and the embroidery is done in a way that doesn’t irritate my son’s sensitive skin.
Bitty Braille sells tees in a variety of colors, sizes, and words, including the option to customize, and a percentage of each sale is donated to the American Foundation for the Blind. You can find Bitty Braille at http://www.bittybraille.com/, and with the code MFS10%FS, you will get 10% plus free shipping through July 2007!
