As the mom of an infant boy and toddler girl, I dream of the day when they will both enjoy the same things.  Usually, his toys are too “baby” for her, while her things are either choking hazards or just boring for him.  I received the athleticBaby Soccer baby DVD and figured it would be something my baby would enjoy.  We put it in the DVD player while I played with my daughter, hoping it would be something that would capture his attention.

While my son was definitely interested in listening to the music and focusing on the images, my daughter was equally as interested.  As athleticBaby recommends, we discussed what the children were doing (playing with the ball, playing a game, kicking the ball) and I was very surprised at how this DVD really kept her attention also.

The athleticBaby company is focused on educating young children on the importance and fun of exercise.  Their formula of catchy music and fun, active images really kept both of my kids entertained together - something that no other toy or DVD has been able to do!  I love the fact that this DVD encourages physical activity, and hope that this is the beginning of a very active lifestyle for my children.
