Change the Look of Your Structured Baby Carrier

April 25th, 2007

If you are like me, you change your coat, handbag, or diaper bag frequently.  So, it makes sense that you would also want to change the look of your structured baby carrier.  I recently learned about Slipskinz, which is a company that makes covers for your Beco 4th generation carrier.

Slipskinz has a variety of fabric patterns in stock, or you can order a custom skin with your own fabric.  There are several different choices of back colors - from natural to brown to black, or you could also choose to have a reversible cover.  All covers come with a cute matching pouch that snaps closes and can be attached to your carrier.

Putting the Slipskinz on your carrier is very easy with the enclosed directions.  The skin completely covers the original front of your carrier, hiding the pattern, so it really does look like a brand new carrier.  You can find Slipskinz at http://slipskinz.blogspot.com/.
