When on the go, what’s worse than a bored toddler?  I have struggled to find different ways to entertain her, but most options aren’t very portable or easily contained.  I recently learned about the brand new Peek-a-Boo bags, which provide hours of entertainment, are self contained, and are very easy to transport.

A Peek-a-Boo bag is a small bag (approximately 6.5 inch square), that has a polka dot printed material on the front and corduroy material in the back.  In the front is a square clear “window” showing what’s inside.  The inside is filled with white beads and a whole bunch of little “treasures”.  We have the “girl” version, and the treasures include a cat, a heart, a dress, a pair of jeans, sunglasses, a fairy, etc.  An attached tag lists everything that’s inside the bag.  I was really amazed to find listed many items that we hadn’t found yet!  My toddler loves to swoosh around the bag looking for everything inside.

As a parent, I love that the Peek-a-Boo bag requires a little brain power and that it entertains my daughter.  I especially like that there is no mess and that it’s super easy to throw in the diaper bag!  I really think I need three - one for each car, and one for the diaper bag!
