We’ve raved about Skip Hop diaper bags in the past and recently, they have introduced deluxe versions of their popular Dash, Duo, and Duo Double designs.  Improving upon something that was already wonderful, the deluxe bags include some great new features that every mom and dad will love!

We’ve been using the new Deluxe Dash in the fun spring pattern Blossom.  The new bags use magnetic closures instead of velcro (we really prefer the magnets!), and are a little bit larger than the originals.  In addition, there are 11 pockets total, and they are organized in a perfect manner.  For instance, there are two exterior bottle pockets for sippies or bottles (they close with magnets if you aren’t using them), two exterior pockets that I like to use for my keys and wallet, and an exterior pocket that holds the changing pad (keeping the germs away from the interior of the bag).  Inside the bag are some additional pockets, perfect for separating out diapers, or small toys.  The interior is also a contrasting color making it easy to find things (no black hole effect!).  The messenger strap now has a soft, removable, pad to make it even more comfortable when being worn over your shoulder.

One of the most innovative new features is the Shuttle Clips.  You may recall that Skip Hop was the first diaper bag created to also be used as a stroller bag.  Well, they have improved upon the original, and now the Shuttle Clips are super-easy to use.  You can easily attach the bag to your stroller, and can choose to leave the messenger strap on, or remove it for a more streamlined look.
