I’m currently reading the book Green Chic for an upcoming review, and the chapter about personal care products really enlightened me to want to try more environmentally friendly and healthy products. But, while my local Whole Foods does have a huge section of natural personal care products, navigating through all of those new brands and ingredients is a bit intimidating.
I was recently introduced to the relatively new podcast series on Wholefoods.com, called “Be Good to Your Whole Body“. On the website, there are a variety of video clips pertaining to topics such as “how to build the perfect spa basket”, “natural facial care for your skin type”, and “the best there is in body care”. The videos are short and informative, and will leave you with enough information to navigate through the personal care aisle like an expert.
