I take a lot of pictures – some on my iPhone, some with my Nikon D90, and some even with my iPad. These photos end up on Shutterfly, on my iPhone, on Facebook, on Instagram, and on iPhoto, and I love the idea of being able to consolidate my online photos in one place. When I was at the Springboard Conference in Boston last month, I learned about the free Woven app which does exactly this.
Woven is a free app – you can get it for the iPhone, iPad, Kindle, Nook, and Android devices. I downloaded it to my Kindle Fire and my iPad. Then, you can sign in to each of your accounts to load those photos into the account. Since most of my photos are on iPhoto on my Mac, I was also able to download a tool that automatically sends my photos right to Woven. It’s nice to have all of my photos in one place on my iPad and Kindle.
You can get learn about Woven on their website.
