I’ve found that the fall months are the absolute worst on my wallet – between back to school and holiday shopping, it’s all outflow. But, there are a few ways to save some money, or to get cash back. I recommend that you sign up for each of these programs, and then check them all before making an online purchase (several of them even have toolbars you can install). You’d be really surprised at the list of stores where you can get discounts – places like Walmart.com, BestBuy.com, Sephora.com, and Nordstrom.com. You can also get cash back on travel purchases – at Expedia.com, Hotels.com, and even Priceline.com!
If you need the items right away, you can often d0 in-store pickup online and get the cash back.
