Until you are changing a baby on the floor of a place that doesn’t have a diaper changing station (but for some reason often have high chairs - leading you to think they are child-friendly!), it’s hard to understand the need for a large round changing pad.  But, once you place your precious baby on a dirty floor on top of one of those tiny changing pads that come with a diaper bag, you will really wish you owned a patemm pad. The patemm pad is a round changing pad that folds up into a small, transportable size. Opened, the large is 24 inches, while the larger one is 30 inches, and most of them are made from oil cloth, which just wipes clean!  Some of the patemm pads include pockets that can hold diapers and wipes if you want to keep everything in one place.

Because of their size, these pads are so unbelievably useful anywhere, including a park, and can even be used at home. We have pretty much stopped using our changing table, and now almost exclusively change our children on the floor on a patemm pad! People with babies who squirm around a lot while being changing will also appreciate the large size and round shape. We have the larger one and the smaller one, and use the smaller one in our diaper bags.
