As a child, one of my favorite books was one that included me as the main character. It was so neat to have my parents read the story as me, my dog, and my sister all took part. I really felt like the heroine. The illustrations were created to really reflect any child, as the main character was “undercover” the entire book, but I loved it! I was excited to discover that Flatten Me offers books that not only uses my son’s name but his picture too. How cool is it to read a book where he can see himself as the main character.
