Making Teaching Your Toddler Easier

Teach My ToddlerMy son is too young for preschool, yet he’s reached the point where he is inquisitive about colors, letters, and numbers.  I wasn’t really sure how I could best teach him at this age – he’s naturally curious but obviously doesn’t have a huge attention span.  When I received a sample of the Teach My Toddler learning system, I hoped that it would work out for us.

The Teach My Toddler learning system is an all in one system that comes self contained in a tote.  The system contains learning materials for numbers, letters, shapes, and colors.  There are foam puzzles, posters, flashcards, and a board book for each section – and each learning aid is consistent in it’s approach.  For example, the animal assigned to each letter (such as alligator for A) is the same throughout the entire system.

It’s recommended that you use the system for about 20 minutes a day.  In my experience using it, I have found that is the perfect amount of time.   My son especially loves the puzzles – we each recite the letter/shape/number/color as we put the puzzle back together.  I’ve even found that my preschool aged daughter enjoys playing with us also!

The fact that the entire system is self-contained is a huge plus with me - it’s easy to store, and pull out when it’s time to learn.  You can find the Teach My Toddler learning system at http://www.teach-my.com.
