Actually, my mom told me all about wearing a girdle straight after giving birth, and when I questioned her aloud to coworkers, they all said the same thing….I did it with my first two and my postpregnancy belly was back into shape in no time! I was too busy to get out and get one with my last, and I still have a postpregnancy belly – 3 years later. I recommend it!
