My kids love music, but to be honest, I’m a little sick of hearing Elmo and Dora constantly singing. So, it’s always nice to find music that’s mom friendly, but kid appropriate. Singer Cathy Heller’s new CD, Say Hello to the Sun, features fun, dancable, catchy tunes with kid-friendly lyrics that are equally as fun for me to listen to.
Say Hello to the Sun doesn’t scream “kid CD”! However, with the bubbly tunes and inspiring, positive lyrics, it’s definitely the CD I’m always reaching for when I play music for the kids. It’s not preachy, but it’s definitely appropriate for kids of all ages. My favorite song is the title track - Say Hello to the Sun.
