• You must confirm your subscription to the newsletter in order to be eligible for a newsletter prize.

• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime after a drawing if you’ve subscribed for a newsletter prize.

• Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

• The contests are sponsored by the companies offering the prizes to Mom’s Favorite Stuff readers.

• Winners are chosen at random and as a result, winners may win more than one prize.

• Email and mailing addresses are shared only with the company sponsoring the prize

• By providing your mailing address, you indemnify Mom’s Favorite Stuff against damages, losses and legal or medical expenses that may arise from the use of the products given away by our sponsor companies.
