Ah, ketchup. How would our little angels survive toddlerhood without it? Hot dogs, potatoes, eggs, meatloaf, cheese, even carrots. Kids seem to eat nearly anything if they can dip it in ketchup. But there’s a reason kids love it – most mass-market ketchup is chock-full of sodium and sugar.
