I’ve always been a fan of Jillian Michaels’ DVDs – from the 30-Day Shred, to the Yoga Meltdown, I’ve tried them all, and gotten results from all of them. So, when Jillian Michaels’ introduced her latest workout DVD – Ripped in 30, I couldn’t wait to try it.
Jillian Michaels’ Ripped in 30 features four 30-minute workouts from level one to level four. Level one should be done in week one, then you should be ready to move on to level two. Overall, you should be able to get through the program in a month. Even though I’m pretty fit, I still found level one to be pretty difficult. After the thirty minutes, I was completely exhausted.
The levels do progress well, and build on one another. No exercise is repeated, so it does a great job of making sure you aren’t going to plateau. I find it to be more effective and challenging than the 30-Day Shred, which was my original favorite exercise DVD.
