My little guy is very pale – much paler than his sister is. So, when the spring/summer sun starts beating down, I am very concerned about his skin. When we recently traveled on a Phoenix family vacation after our New England winter, I was definitely worried that he’d get burned in the pool. So, I always made sure he was wearing his SwimZip shirt in the hot sun.
SwimZip offers easy-on/easy-off swim shirts with UV protection of 50+. My little guy hates seams and buttons, so I was concerned he’d be bothered by the shirt, but he wasn’t at all. The seams are flat, the zipper is smooth (with a flap) and the neck is tag-less. The shirt goes on quickly and easily, and is simple to swim with. But, most importantly, my son didn’t get burned at all on his chest or stomach.
SwimZips are available for both boys and girls, in sizes 1T through 5T. You can find them on SwimZips.com.
Disclosure: We received a SwimZips shirt at no cost for review.
