KIND Healthy Grains Review

KIND Cereal I’m pretty obsessed with KIND Snacks – I eat a KIND Bar every single day for breakfast, and sometimes eat more than one per day.   So, I was excited to try out their new KIND Healthy Grains.   These bags of healthy snacks include flax seeds and whole grains (such as amaranth, quinoa, oats, millet and buckwheat), in addition to the delicious flavors of each bag.

We tried a few different varieties, including Vanilla Blueberry Clusters, Peanut Butter Whole Grain Clusters (my personal favorite), and Maple Walnut Clusters with Chia & Quinoa.   They are a great snack – I keep them on my desk for snacking throughout the day.   I’m not great about getting these types of grains in my diet separately, so these are a great snack for me.

While I eat them right out of the bag, you can also eat them in yogurt, or over milk like a traditional cereal.   They are gluten free and filled with loads of fiber.
