We first made the switch to FiOS back in 2009. We were with a standard cable company before that, and had lots of major problems. First, we lost cable/phone/internet with almost every major snow storm because the cables were above ground. Since I worked from home, and live in the Boston area, this happened frequently and was a huge issue for me. Then, we had a situation where our phone and internet was intermittently down – I’d be on an important work call and the phone would just hang up. It took months to resolve, and I was so ready to find a new solution.
FiOS invited me to an event at Gillette Stadium, and I was completely wowed by everything I saw. The internet is incredibly fast, the picture quality is amazing, and the cool stuff like widgets make tv viewing even more fun. As a work from home mom, I rely on my internet and phone connections – they have to work, and they have to be perfect. So, I switched over to FiOS and have been so pleased with their quality and customer service. I Got It, and I couldn’t be happier. Although I’m now a FiOS ambassador, I’ve always been an unofficial “ambassador” because I really have enjoyed my experience.
