Now that I’ve dealt with my adult acne problem, my biggest skin care concern is anti-aging. While the oily, olive skin I have doesn’t wrinkle as easily as lighter skin, my skin is starting to sag as I approach 40. I definitely need as much help as possible, especially since I’ve spent so much time drying out my acne and completely avoiding an anti-aging needs.
When Olay asked me to do their 28-day Olay Professional challenge, it was the right time for me. Besides needing anti-aging support, I also spent a lot of time in the sun this summer and needed some SPF protection. I received the Olay Professional ProX Anti-Aging Starter Protocol. It includes three products – the Age Repair Lotion with Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 30, the Eye Restoration Complex and the Wrinkle Smoothing Cream.
I start out my skin routine in the morning with the Age Repair Location. It’s a lotion, but is still pretty creamy (but not greasy at all). It’s got great coverage, which is especially important since I use it as a sunscreen too. The eye cream, which I use twice per day, is also very creamy, and I use it under my concealer. Finally, I use the Wrinkle Soothing Cream in the evenings as a night cream.
Over the last month, I’ve found my skin to be smoother and definitely more moisturized throughout the day. While I don’t have any major wrinkles, this protocol is something I know will definitely help prevent them.
