My kids are always doing projects with me – from painting projects to basic arts and crafts. So, when I had the chance to review Red Toolbox, a company that makes woodworking projects for kids, I thought it would be a great opportunity for them to work on a project with Daddy.
Red Toolbox offers projects that are coded with specific levels – so you’ll have a general idea what level of effort is required. While some of the kits have pre-cut wood, others require a bit of sawing. There are also special Red Toolbox tools available separately that are good for kids. The projects definitely require parental supervision and help, which make them perfect as a mommy and me or daddy and me project.
Once my kids put together their items, we had lots of fun painting them. They were so proud of themselves for a job well done!
