With my job at home, I’m always desperate for fast internet speed. Not only am I always online blogging, uploading files, and working in social media, I also regularly watching streaming TV shows and movies. So, I need to have fast and reliable internet service. When we switched to FiOS a few years ago, fast internet service was something I was absolutely looking for. I’d heard that some companies “throttle” – that is, slow your speed down the more you use – and that’s not something I could deal with because I’m always online.
We’ve had Verizon FiOS for over two years now, and I’ve been happy with all of the service – especially the high-speed internet service. We’ve had very few outages, even with the hurricanes and snow storms that we’ve experienced over the past few years. When others are complaining that they’ve lost service, we haven’t.
