I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but it’s still difficult to sit down and eat a healthy breakfast every day. I really do not like cereal, I’m avoiding dairy, and it’s just too much work to actually cook something just for myself. So, I usually end up grabbing something quickly.
KIND Bars, which I first became familiar with at Starbucks, has recently introduced nut and spice bars which uses spices rather than sweeteners, for taste. I’m especially loving the Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt bars, which are absolutely delicious. They are so easy to grab and eat, and they are healthy and taste great. There are lots of other great flavors too – like Cashew and Ginger Spice.
