Aqua Rouge by Make Up For Ever
I love wearing lipstick because I think it finishes off a look and makes a good makeup application look great. But, the probably with lipstick is that it comes off as easily as it goes on, which means you are stuck reapplying it constantly if you want to wear it throughout the day. I love the idea of long-lasting lipsticks, but in the past, lipsticks that lasted all day were incredibly drying and flaky. Recently, I’ve tried a few new lipsticks that are not only long lasting, but great looking also. Here are three of my favorites:
Make Up For Ever Aqua Rouge
Like its name would imply, Make Up For Ever makes some fabulous long-lasting products, including their Aqua Rouge lipsticks. Each lipstick contains a long-lasting color on one side and a gloss on the other side. While the gloss does wear off, the color lasts all day, and has a nice finish. It comes in 12 colors – all that are pretty neutral. You can purchase it at Sephora.
Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick
Stila’s Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in Bellissima is my go-to lipstick. The color is beautiful and neutral, and it is truly long lasting without being too drying. You can buy it at Sephora in a variety of colors.
Vincent Longo Original Lip and Cheek Gel Stain
Vincent Longo’s Original Lip and Cheek Gel Stain is similar to other gel stains, but comes in nicer, more neutral colors than others I’ve seen. Although it is advertised to work for both lips and cheeks, I prefer to use it on lips. It’s more dry than the other two lipsticks mentioned here, but it’s great for under a gloss. Once the gloss wears off, you’ll still have the lip stain. There’s also a Pearlessence formula if you prefer more sheen with your color. You can buy it at Nordstrom.

Make up Forver’s is pretty good, I agree. But my favorite is LipSense- because it works the best out of any that i’ve tried and it has SO many color options.
