The best spring makeup products for a natural, bright look. Includes picks for cheek color, eye shadows, and CC cream.
Although it’s still winter, spring is right around the corner. I love spring because it’s a great time to update my cosmetics collection and add some additional clothing and accessories to my wardrobe. For me, spring makeup is all about light colors, natural skin, and nude tones. I try to avoid any sort of bold look, unless I’m attending a special event. Here are some of picks for the best spring makeup – along with one great option for getting your skin ready.

Best Spring Makeup
Alpha Beta Peel Extra Strength
These individually-wrapped packs are great for getting your skin ready for the spring. They help remove dry skin and reveal new skin for the spring. If you are using other exfoliation products, make sure you don’t overdo it, however. Otherwise, you’ll end up drying your skin more.
Eyeshadow Primer Potion Tube
I love this eyeshadow printer from Urban Decay. It’s the perfect base for your eyeshadow, and even works well as a very light color if you aren’t wearing eyeshadow. I wear it daily.
I’m loving Nudestix eyeshadow sticks as a very easy way to apply eyeshadow. I just sweep the color across my eyelids, add a darker color in the crease, and blend with my fingers. The kit pictured above appears to only be sold in stores, but you can buy individual colors online. Keep the pencil well sharpened for the best results
The Chocolate Bar Eye Palette – Too Faced
This popular eye palette offers a variety of colors that are great for spring. As a bonus, it even smells great!
Cheek Glow Palette
These limited edition palettes from Bobbi Brown are a great way to add a sweep of color to your cheeks. Use your fingers or a brush to apply lightly to your cheeks.
Nars Cheek Palette
If you prefer powder blush, this limited-edition Nars cheek palette is a great option.
Naked Skin One and Done Hybrid
I love wearing CC cream in the spring, because it’s easy to apply and offers lightweight coverage. I usually don’t even need to apply moisturizer in the spring, since my skin is a little oily.
