We love ice pops in the summer – they are the perfect refreshing treat after a long, hot summer day. These strawberry watermelon ice pops are a great treat and are easy to make.
Makes 4 ice pops with a standard pop mold
- 2 cups of KOOL-AID (watermelon-flavored) can substitute coconut water if you’d like to make a version with less sugar
- 1/2 of cut up strawberries
- 1/4 cup of watermelon puree or pieces cut up very small
Start by adding in your strawberries into each pop mold. Then add in your watermelon puree to each pop. Then top it off with the watermelon fruit juice. Do not fill to the very top. Then place in the freezer for at least 3 hours. When they are ready, run the molds under warm water to loosen.
